9 Frame and Title Sequence - An Education (2009, Scherfig)
Upon viewing the 9 frame for 'An Education' courtesy of the site Art Of The Title we were tasked
with the responsibility to conduct a timeline (below) in which we constructed with the aid of the 9 frame.
Whilst analysing the film i also took the time to watch the production and it has since become on of my favourite's. I felt that Carey Mulligan managed to portray the role of a naive yet intelligent schoolgirl brilliantly in this coming of age story set in the 1960s, of recent she has featured in many movies that i have thoroughly enjoyed including Drive (2011, Refn), The Great Gatsby (2013, Luhrmann) and The Uk independent production that we previously analysed prior to seeing, Suffragette (2015, Gavron).
