The costume the character in our thriller opening will be wearing is formal wear. The character is going to be smartly dressed, he is going to be wearing a suit and pointed shoes. Also the character will be carrying some type of bag or briefcase and will be wearing an expensive watch. The formal wear will have the effect of making the character look smart.
Our group wanted to convey to the audience that the character in the opening belongs to either the middle or upper class of society. Also, the formal wear suggest that the characters profession is something related business and that expensive watch the character wears will signify that the character is wealthy.
